FAQ'S
What's included in the food tour?
Everything! Once you've booked, all tastings, drinks, and guided experiences are included. The only thing you'd pay for is personal shopping if you fall in love with something along the way (and trust us, you might).
Where do we meet?
- Geneva: The Flower Clock (Horloge Fleurie), right next to the Mont-Blanc bridge.
- Lausanne: Place de la Palud.
- Lavaux, Geneva Bike Tour and Annecy: The meeting point is communicated upon booking.
What language does the guide speak?
Our guides speak English and French. Our partner stops are also prepared to welcome you in both languages.
I have dietary restrictions / allergies. Can you accommodate me?
Absolutely. Just let us know when you book by sending us an email with your specific needs. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose intolerant, or have any other dietary requirement — we'll take care of you.
I don't drink alcohol. Can I still enjoy the tour?
Of course! Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available. The food, the stories, and the experience are just as amazing without the wine.
Is the tour suitable for kids?
Yes! Our tours are designed for all ages. Children aged 0–9 join for free on the Geneva tour. Soft drinks are provided for the little ones. Youth rates are available when accompanied by two paying adults.
Can I book a tour on Sunday?
Yes! Sunday tours are now available. You can book them directly on the booking page or send us a request through our contact form.
I want to book but the date I want is closed. What do I do?

Can I buy souvenirs at the stops?
You can! Any personal purchases are at your own expense, but who knows — Eat And Chill Tour might surprise you with a little something along the way.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable once booked. Make sure you're ready to commit to a good time.
Can I offer a food tour as a gift?
Great idea! Go to the tour page of your choice, select a date, and click "Voucher." Your lucky recipient will thank you later.
Who is this tour for?
Everyone. Seriously. Couples, families, solo travelers, friend groups, corporate teams, bachelor/bachelorette parties, tourists, locals, foodies, and even picky eaters. If you like food and good company, you'll love it.
What should I wear?
Comfortable walking shoes are a must. For the Lavaux tour, sunscreen and a hat are recommended on sunny days. For the Bike Tour, closed shoes and comfy clothes. Other than that, just bring your appetite.
