General Terms and Conditions – eat and chill tour – Food Tours
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern participation in the food tours organized by Eat and chill tour. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
A public or private food tour booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings are final.
Tours and services booked are non-refundable, except if eat and chill tour are cancelling due to force majeur, a total refund is due.
4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Participants are fully responsible for informing us, prior to the start of the tour, of any food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements.
If no prior information is provided by the participant, Eat and chill tour cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction, health issue, or incident related to food consumed during the food tour.
5. Participant Responsibility
Participants take part in the food tours at their own risk.
For tours conducted on foot or by bicycle:
- each participant must have valid personal liability insurance;
- participants agree to comply with all applicable traffic and safety regulations.
Eat and chill tour shall not be held liable for:
- bodily injuries;
- falls;
- collisions;
- property damage;
- or any incident occurring during the tour, whether on foot or by bicycle.
Participants waive any claim against Eat and chill tour for accidents or damages occurring during the activity, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct as established by law.
The client acknowledges that cycling involves inherent risks (traffic, weather conditions, and terrain). Each participant must be covered by personal liability insurance. The organiser cannot be held liable for any accident unless caused by gross negligence on their part.
6. Image Rights and Social Media
During the food tours, photos and videos may be taken for communication and promotional purposes, including use on our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
By participating in the food tour, participants agree to appear in such photos and videos.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must notify eat and chill tour in writing before the start of the tour.
7. Delays and No-Shows
Any delay by a participant may result in the inability to join the group once the tour has started, without entitlement to a refund.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Booking a food tour constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
9. Personal Belongings
Participants remain fully responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
Eat and chill tour shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
